Charcuterie Boards

Build your own ice cream dream!

For Christmas I bought a new large board for all of my charcuterie needs! My sister got me the “Beautiful Boards” cook book and that’s where the inspiration for this board came. Although the board in the book is filled with candy, I’m not really a candy on my ice cream kinda girl (unless its sprinkles or chocolate). For my sister’s birthday we went with a chocolate and fruit theme.

What’s on the board?!

Chocolate:

  • Brownie, cut up into small bits (and larger pieces for crazy people who didn’t want ice cream.😉)
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Dark Chocolate topping
  • chocolate chips

Fruit:

  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • Blackberries

Random:

  • hazelnut filled cookie sticks
  • maraschino cherries
  • marshmallows
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • Sea Salt and Caramel topping
  • pecans
  • waffle bowls and sugar cones

The great thing about this board is that you can add whatever toppings you want! The ice cream sky is the limit! Have fun and let me know if you create one of your own!

Wedding Planning Board

With the process of planning a wedding being so much work, of course we needed a charcuterie board to fuel our planning! We had this board pretty early on and just threw it together with some random things from my fridge! LOL

Wednesdays (or in this case Fridays) are never complete without a good snack board and some tasty rosé!
